Volunteering this term.

Hi folks,

Hope everyone’s looking forward to the new year!!

For anyone looking for projects or training sessions to sign up to, there will be lots happening this term but there aren’t any projects or training sessions happening during exam period to give us all time to stress about exams as much as we like. There are several projects going out in Feb including after-school clubs, residentials and many more so keep an eye on the website for when these go up! Induction and child protection training sessions will also restart in February.

If anyone is new to Action and hasn’t yet got their CRB this is the perfect time to do it, as it can take a few weeks to come back. To get a CRB go along to the Opportunities office, level 2 of the Union Mon-Fri between 1-4pm with ID, 2 proof of address (home or Leeds) and £10 deposit (returnable on volunteering).
