Planning Meeting - Please help!

ok so this yeasr xmas present project is starting very soon and needs volunteers for all sorts of thing.

the project basically gets lots of presents donated, wraps them and the delivers all the presents to children in sheltered housing around the LS6 area. oh yeah and we all get dressed up as santa, elves and raindeer!!

the things we need help with is setting up and running a present wrapping stall on wd thursday and friday the last week of term.

a fund rasing stall at the xmas union xmas market the last day of term

presnt wrapping after the 14th dec

and the best bit is helping with delivery on the 16th and 17th odf december.
